By creating an account or using Ziva LearnAI (“Ziva”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies communicated inside the platform. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Who Can Use Ziva

Ziva serves students, educators, and institutions across Africa. Users under 18 must obtain parental or school consent. Schools and institutional partners are responsible for ensuring that their students use the platform responsibly and in compliance with local regulations.

3. Accounts & Security

• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us at support@zivalearn.com.ng if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, cheating, harassment, or platform abuse.

4. Learning Content & AI Assistance

Ziva offers AI-powered tutoring, CBT Gaming, analytics, and institutional tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors. Always cross-check critical information and follow your school’s academic policies. Content you upload must be your own or you must have rights to share it.

5. Token Purchases & Payments

Tokens power premium experiences such as AI exams and advanced analytics. Purchases are processed via Paystack (NGN). All sales are final unless required by law. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

Ziva may collect usage data such as scores, interaction patterns, and engagement metrics. This data is anonymized before being shared with trusted educational partners to design better learning models. We do not sell personally identifiable information. Detailed practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy platform code, interfere with servers, misuse AI responses, or harass community members. Schools must not share administrative dashboards outside authorized staff. We employ monitoring, rate limiting, and security middleware to preserve stability.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ziva LearnAI logo, design system, and platform assets are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse branding or source code without written permission. AI study plans generated for you are for personal academic use only.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 uptime, yet maintenance windows, shared-hosting limits, or network disruptions may occur. We are not liable for losses from downtime, but we will communicate major incidents via status alerts or in-app notifications.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new regulations, features, or security practices. We will post changes here and, when significant, notify you via email or in-app alerts. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
